Any audio or video you upload, such as user interviews, sales calls or support recordings, is transcribed and analyzed. Plans include a set number of hours per month; typed and pasted text responses are always unlimited and never count against it.

A Decision Brief is the living record behind a decision: the recommendation Thuja made, the responses and themes that support it, the confidence score, and how the decision evolved as new evidence arrived. The Free Trial includes five; paid plans include unlimited briefs.

Pro and Team are billed per active user, per month. Team requires a minimum of three seats. You can add or remove seats at any time and changes are prorated to your billing cycle.

Nothing is deleted. Your studies and decisions stay intact, so you simply choose a plan to keep generating new briefs and unlock unlimited Decision Briefs. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your workspace billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.

No. Thuja is the decision layer on top of your stack. It connects to Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Typeform and CSV exports, so your responses stay where they already live.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise adds SOC 2 Type II, audit logs, custom SLAs and a data processing agreement. Talk to sales for a full security review.
